Planning-only change to .planning/ROADMAP.md. It adds a deferred backlog entry under Backlog / architecture investigations: an optional, read-only wp_get_secret() lookup for the Google Books API key, between the constant and the filter, once WordPress 7.2's Secrets API ships.

It's deferred so the Two Factor team (WordPress/two-factor#1010) can lead on Secrets API conventions first. No code changes.
