• Select the PHPUnit 11 or 12 configuration using the consumer project's installed PHPUnit version, rather than the version bundled with GrumPHP.
• Discover symlinked Drupal extensions while safely skipping directory-link cycles.
• Keep PHPUnit coverage scanning within project source directories, avoiding recursive traversal into Composer dependencies.
• Restore source-file coverage exclusions in the extension and site configurations.
