The payload nupkg id is now
gh.cli(RID packagesgh.cli.{rid}), matching theghtool's naming.Consumers
PackageReferencegh.cli;GitHub.Cli.ResolvePath()is unchanged. Docs, nuget source mapping, restore folder, CI nupkg globs, and tests follow the new id.
