Callers now resolve the Payload with
Azure.Cli.ResolvePath(): root namespaceAzure, static helperCli.The previous
Aztype sat inAzure.Cli, so the public name wasAz.ResolvePath(). This lines the managed API up with the package id.Docs (
readme.md, package description,CONTEXT.md) and tests follow the rename.
