Summary

Optimize Oryx feature installation by eliminating a redundant build step and reducing the retained installation footprint while preserving dynamic SDK installation support.

Changes

• Remove the full-solution Debug build and publish the Oryx CLI and BuildServer directly as self-contained Release applications.
• Remove published debug symbols and Oryx XML documentation artifacts.
• Retain only the scripts, metadata, and optional PHP prerequisites needed for dynamic SDK installation instead of copying entire source directories.
• Add disk-usage logging before and after source cleanup.
• Feature version patch bump from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2.

Test coverage

• Add checks that required dynamic-install assets are retained and executable where appropriate.
• Verify that the source checkout, build tools, image definitions, and published debug artifacts are removed.
• Strengthen SDK installation assertions and clear installed platforms before testing universal-image behavior so subsequent checks exercise fresh installations.
• Preserve coverage for pre-existing .NET installations.
