Document Defold 1.14.0 behavior and defaults

Correct outdated scripting, graphics and editor guidance, and document changes to Android resource shrinking, matrix attributes and Bob build-server selection.

Technical changes

• Describe the shared Lua context, module cache and instance state; remove obsolete ZeroBrane configuration instructions and the separate-context diagram.
• Correct the macOS Metal default and document the iOS simulator's fixed Metal backend.
• Mark “Lint Code on Build” as disabled by default.
• Explain R8 Android resource shrinking, SDK/server compatibility and XML keep rules for dynamically loaded resources.
• Document matrix attribute reads and assignments using vmath.matrix4, including submatrix extraction, identity padding and an example.
• Document Bob's release-channel-based build-server defaults, explicit overrides and channel reporting through --version.

Validation: YAML frontmatter, local links, preserved section anchors and git diff --check pass. Spellcheck was not run because Aspell is unavailable.
