fix: set NoDisplay=true for vim.desktop

Backport commit 5f8d69a from master to
dcbot/debian/9.2.0858, restoring the patch that was dropped during the
2:9.2.0858-1 version update.

Set NoDisplay=true for vim.desktop to hide vim from desktop application menu
since vim is a terminal application and should not appear in graphical menus.

1. Verify vim.desktop has NoDisplay=true
2. Confirm vim is hidden from application menu
3. Check vim can still be launched from terminal

fix: 为 vim.desktop 设置 NoDisplay=true

将 master 分支 commit 5f8d69a 回合到 dcbot/debian/9.2.0858 分支，
恢复在 2:9.2.0858-1 版本更新时被移除的补丁。

为 vim.desktop 设置 NoDisplay=true 以从桌面应用菜单中隐藏 vim
因为 vim 是一个终端应用程序，不应出现在图形菜单中
