Unable to install Plugins that needs allowBuilds to be true

Plugins such as dsh-undo-plugin apparently cannot be installed in DSH Desktop.

There seems to be no easy setting with GUI where it can be allowed.
I have also tried opening pnpm-workspace.yaml using terminal and allowing build, restarting DHS Desktop. However, the issues persists.
