- Add 125 new Statistical Variables for Climate Trace greenhouse gas emissions
across 25 subsectors and 5 gas types (Carbon Dioxide, Methane, Nitrous Oxide,
CO2e 20-year GWP, and CO2e 100-year GWP).
- Define corresponding emission source enums in schema/core/energy.mcf.
- Update ClimateTrace_GHG_Emissions manifest:
- Migrate schedule from infrequent/dcbranch to auto2w biweekly refresh.
- Update data paths to latest CNS location with version tracking via
latest_version.txt download config.
- Add historical table mapping and import metadata MCF.
- Update golden SV names, SVG hierarchies, resolved MCF, and import group tests.
