chore: sync dasmig-core 1.1.1 (patch)
Syncs dasmig-core 1.1.1 (compact key index and TSV cells, sized file read; dasmig-core #5). No library code changes; output unchanged, the existing known answers pass.
For scale, the same core takes name-generator's full tier from 593 to 267 MiB (with its own change) and city-generator's from 200 to 157 MiB; the smaller data sets gain less.
