- claude-review.yml: bump model to claude-opus-4-8, allow the inline-comment tool, and instruct the action to post issues as inline comments on the exact diff lines (instead of one summary comment). - Add .claude/skills/pr-review: keep the overall summary short and don't comment nits/observations.
