docs: add Bee by HEOSSI provider (OpenAI-compatible, quantum-native)

Adds a provider page for Bee by HEOSSI (https://bee.heossi.com), HEOSSI (Pte.) Ltd.'s governed multimodal intelligence platform.

• OpenAI-compatible developer API at https://api.bee.heossi.com/bee (contract: https://github.com/heossihq/bee-public/blob/main/api/openapi.json)
• Six production tiers (bee-cell free entry through bee-swarm 1M context); config uses Continue's standard openai provider + apiBase pattern
• Post-quantum trust posture on every transport hop (public signed PQ coverage register) and governed real-quantum-hardware execution path
• Page follows the existing more/*.mdx format; nav entry added to docs.json
