feat: add TRDEFI action provider (read-only stablecoin liquidity)

What

New TRDEFI action provider (typescript/agentkit/src/action-providers/trdefi): read-only access to TRDEFI, a non-custodial stablecoin liquidity venue.

Actions

• list_chains ? blockchains in the TRDEFI catalogue
• get_stats ? aggregate strategy/maker/pair totals and volume
• list_strategies ? open liquidity strategies on a chain (optional text/pair filters)
• get_strategy ? one strategy by hash
• get_quote ? read-only swap simulation at the current block (structured unavailability reasons for gated/unverified strategies)

Notes

• All actions only GET the public TRDEFI API (https://yield.trdefi.com/api/*); no funds move, no keys needed. Mirrors the defillama provider pattern (fetch + prune-free passthrough, mocked in tests).
• supportsNetwork() returns true (network-agnostic, like defillama).
• Tests: trdefiActionProvider.test.ts (13 cases, fetch-mocked). Full suite green (63 suites / 917 tests), eslint + prettier + tsc --noEmit clean.
• Changeset included (minor).
