These themes do not require extensions, patches, or custom CSS. Copy a theme string from this repository and paste it into Slack's custom theme field.
- Open Slack.
- Go to Preferences | Appearance.
- Open Themes.
- Choose Create a custom theme.
- Copy one of the theme strings from a theme file in this repository.
- Paste it into Slack's custom theme field.
Slack custom themes use four colors in this order:
System Navigation, Selected Items, Presence Indication, Notifications
Slack custom theme strings do not control Slack's light or dark mode. Choose Light, Dark, or System from Slack's Appearance settings first, then apply the palette.
