Make Godmode easy to use with many workspaces, agents, tasks and chats

I tested this with 12 workspaces, 38 agents, 70 chats and 120 tasks. Before, the sidebar was a long list of 16 links, so Recent chats only started below the fold. Switching workspaces meant scrolling a plain dropdown that showed no status. Home listed every item that needs you from every workspace, even when one workspace was selected.

Workspace switcher

  • Search: type to find a workspace.
  • Recent: the last workspaces you used appear at the top once you have more than six.
  • Status per workspace: a badge shows how many items need you, another how many agents are working, and a line shows the number of agents and open tasks.
  • The button itself shows the selected workspace with "N need you · N working". When you are inside one workspace, a badge counts what is waiting in the others.
  • Keyboard: ⌘0 switches to all workspaces, ⌘1–9 to the workspaces in A–Z order. This also works with the sidebar closed, but not while a dialog is open.
  • ⌘K search can switch workspaces too.

Sidebar

  • Inbox moved up to second place, right under Chat.
  • Access (Logins, 2FA, Integrations, Messaging) and Machines (Browser, Computer, VMs, SSH, Runners) each fold into one line with the label and a row of icons. Clicking the label opens the full list, and that choice is remembered. A dot on an icon means it has new items. Recent chats now start about 25% higher.
  • Recent chats are grouped by day (Pinned, Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 days, Previous 30 days, then by month). The list loads 25 at a time with a "Show more" button; before, it stopped at 30.

Workspaces page

  • Tools: a search field (press "/"), sorting by A–Z, Recently active or Needs you, and a switch between cards and a compact list. The view and sort are remembered.
  • Cards now show what needs you, what is working, open tasks and when the workspace was last active.
  • The list view fits about ten workspaces on one screen, each row with these counts. The ⋯ menu also jumps to the workspace's Chats, Tasks or Agents.

Home and Inbox

  • Needs you on Home only shows the selected workspace's items, with a "+N in other workspaces" link to the Inbox. If nothing is waiting here, a single line points to the other workspaces.
  • Workspace labels: with all workspaces shown, and in the Inbox, each item shows which workspace it belongs to.
  • The shortcuts list (?) includes ⌘0–9.

Checks

  • Typecheck passes across the repo and the desktop build succeeds. The desktop app has no automated tests.
  • I clicked through the switcher, search, scoped Home, the collapsed sidebar, both Workspaces views and sorting in the running app.
  • A separate review found three bugs, all fixed: ⌘0–9 stopped working in narrow windows, the shortcut also fired behind open dialogs, and the counts in the list view couldn't be hovered.
  • Only the desktop app changed. Main is merged in with no conflicts.

Note for Daniel (not for the PR): the local test copy started real Claude runs on 4 of my fake tasks. They cost about $0.16, only listed files in a temporary test folder, and used no logins. I stopped it within about a minute and reran everything against a fake Claude program, which is noted in my memory so it doesn't happen again. The test data has been deleted.
