…-989] Atlassian now shows its permissions page on every authorization for Bitbucket OAuth apps, so Bitbucket users see it at every Codacy login. Add it to the Bitbucket Cloud limitations so support and the app have a page to point to. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Bitbucket users see Atlassian's permissions page every time they log in to Codacy, not only the first time. The investigation on OD-576 reproduced this with a brand-new Bitbucket OAuth consumer and no Codacy code: Atlassian moved Bitbucket OAuth consumers onto its 3LO platform, which shows consent on every authorization. Codacy can't turn it off.
This adds a troubleshooting page that explains the prompt and tells affected users how to report it to Atlassian, so support and the upcoming in-app note (OD-990) have one page to point to. Requested in OD-989.
What changed
docs/faq/troubleshooting/why-does-bitbucket-ask-me-to-grant-codacy-access-every-time-i-log-in.md. It's a troubleshooting page modeled onwhy-cant-i-see-my-organization.md, covering what the prompt is, why it happens, and two steps: accept the permissions, and let Atlassian know it affects your team (reply on the public Atlassian Developer Community thread, or contact Atlassian Support).mkdocs.yml: the page is added to the FAQ → Troubleshooting nav. No redirect is needed because the page is new.docs/faq/general/how-does-codacy-support-bitbucket-cloud.md: one new bullet under Limitations, linking to the new page.Atlassian request
