Remove deprecated warp-routing.enabled from locally-managed tunnel documentation

What changes are you suggesting?

The documentation still instructs users to add:

warp-routing:
  enabled: true

However, warp-routing.enabled has not been supported since cloudflared 2023.9.0. Current versions route private network traffic when a Private Route targets the tunnel, without this setting.

Using the documented configuration currently produces:

Warning: unused keys detected in your config file.
yaml: unmarshal errors:
  field enabled not found in type config.WarpRoutingConfig

Please remove warp-routing.enabled from the example and clarify that users should configure a Private Route instead.
