Cloudbase-Init ( Windows ) - Please update the included SQLITE.DLL version to >= v3.53.2 to overcome "heap buffer overflow write" vulnerability.

Hi Team,

Even the latest version of Cloudbase-Init for Windows ( v1.1.8.0 ) has an outdated version of SQLITE.DLL which has known vulnerabilities as discussed in the following articles :

Please update this client to use a minimum of v3.53.2 of SQLITE.DLL ( and its implementations ).
