Adds a standalone, single-screen Expo wallet for iOS and Android using Circle's public modular-wallet SDKs. A user can create or reconnect a native passkey, unlock the screen with Face ID / Touch ID / Android biometrics, receive Fuji test USDC, and review and approve a transfer through the native passkey prompt.

The app keeps biometric screen unlock separate from transaction signing. It validates exact USDC units and native P-256 key/signature formats, persists the signed operation hash before submission, and retains ambiguous operations to prevent duplicate sends. Native-aware RPC identity headers replace the browser transport path.

Includes Expo app/build configuration, domain association templates, restricted-client-key setup instructions, a package lock, and a small regression check. No proprietary treasury/multisig integration or credentials are included.

Validation: TypeScript, four input/crypto/rejection checks, source boundary scan, iOS/Android native module autolinking, Swift syntax, and both Metro/Hermes exports pass. Signed physical-device creation, reconnect, and funded transaction checks remain pending; this contribution remains a draft and is testnet-only.
