Add Codex as a blockchain data API provider to the indexers section, including a dedicated page with API details, SDK, getting started guide, and resources. Also adds Codex to the overview list and sidebar nav.

Thanks for adding this, @Nealo! Because our CI can't run on PRs from external forks, I've recreated your changes on an org-owned branch so they can be merged: #2197. The content files are unchanged; I just re-added the Closing this in favor of #2197. |

- Add tooling/indexers/codex.mdx with GraphQL API details, real-time subscriptions, webhooks, SDK, getting started, recipes, and resources. - Add Codex to the indexers overview list. - Add Codex to the Indexers sidebar group in docs.json. Recreates external contribution #2140 on an org branch. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
