Sphinx :ref:/:term: targets were stripped during the RST→MDX migration, leaving Daml API and in-page links as plain text. Restore markdown links and tighten section anchors; update the copied-content cross-ref checks. Fixes canton-network#1828 Signed-off-by: Zhe Li <linuxcity.jn@gmail.com>
