…uilds ACR 个人版云构建只有一步 docker build（无前置 mvn/npm 步骤），而常规 Dockerfile 依赖先产出的 datapoly-release.tar.gz。新增 build-docker/acr/Dockerfile： stage1 node:14-alpine 直跑 npm 烘焙 UI 进 manager resources， stage2 maven 容器全量打包（复用 docker-maven-settings.xml 阿里云镜像）， stage3 解包发行版 tar 出运行时镜像；ARG MODULE 区分 manager/executor/gateway
