* Remove the `wasi-threads` submodule now that it's no longer supported * Move `wasi_testsuite/wasi-common` to `wasi-testsuite` to match the repository name. * Don't component-ify all tests as that's what our own tests do internally and this won't be much needed going forward for wasip3.
