Declare IoError as a named class so the exported error namespace refers to its type instead of expanding the inherited constructor statics. This prevents generated declarations from referring to NodeJS.CallSite without declaring that dependency and lets the instantiation generics fixture compile. Exclude the conformance helper from standalone test discovery, use a relative symlink for the hard-link test, and expect settled HTTP futures to survive disposal. Restore the missing localhost TLS fixtures using the existing jco-std test certificate and key, and correct stale test types so the package type check passes. Validation: 270 tests passed and 1 skipped; package build, TypeScript check, formatting, and lint passed. Signed-off-by: Victor Adossi <vadossi@cosmonic.com>
