Curl Authorization header Username and password not detected on nginx

According to an email I received, CGIPassAuth on needs to be set in nginx.conf for NGINX php-fpm in order for the PHP_AUTH_USER and PHP_AUTH_PASS environment variables to be populated. We should add this somewhere in the docs.
