Site: Cloudflare Pages, a /guides page by library, team roles - #4

The publish job deploys site/out to the Cloudflare Pages project brazilian-utils-docs (production branch main) and SITE_URL defaults to https://brazilian-utils.com.br. site / check deploys each same-repo PR to the branch pr-<number> and links it in one PR comment. SITE_PREVIEW=true replaces the VERCEL checks (root base path, noindex). public/_headers keeps the security headers and public/_redirects sends the pages of the old JavaScript site to their new places. /guides lists every guide under the library that publishes it, and the header links there. In the sidebar the overview comes first, then a folder per library with guides: JavaScript today, any other library as soon as it declares site.usage.guides. …ides `order` (default 0) sorts the guides of a library, then the file name: the JavaScript migration guide uses order: 1 to come after the others. Documented in the usage files page.
