This PR rewrites the README.md, replacing the single-line placeholder with a complete, professional project overview.

Why this matters
The current README.md contains only one line: "BOS (Bugema Operating System) the internet OS! Free, Open Source, Self hostable". New visitors and contributors have no idea what the project does, how to install it, or how to contribute. A proper README is the front door of any open source project.
