Deleting Simulator in DB Also Deletes Simulator in File System #52

Problem

Currently when simulators are deleted in the database there is no corresponding action to delete them within the file system as well, leaving a dead container with no purpose.

Solution

Create a function to also delete the simulator in the DB as well.
