Simulation to Edges DB Table #45

Problem

There is no stored relationship between simulations and the edges which do the computational work within the simulation.

Solution

Create an intermediate table which can tie the one-to-many relationship of the simulation and edges together, allowing for analysis of what edges a simulation used.
