Sets @base44/platform back to the published 0.1.0, so manual-publish.yml can bump it to 0.2.0 itself.

The workflow runs npm version <input>, publishes, then commits the bump and tags platform-v<version>. With package.json already at 0.2.0 (from #313), version: 0.2.0 fails with "Version not changed" and leaves nothing to commit, and version: minor would publish 0.3.0.

Changes packages/platform/package.json and the packages/platform entry in package-lock.json. CHANGELOG.md keeps its 0.2.0 section, and gains a "Server entrypoint" subsection for #316 (@base44/platform/server and createPlatformServer), which also ships in 0.2.0.

After merging: Actions → Manual Package Publish → Run workflow with package: platform, version: minor, npm_tag: latest. Do a dry_run: true run first; its log should show "Version: 0.2.0".

…w bumps it

manual-publish.yml runs npm version itself and commits the bump, so it
needs package.json at the published 0.1.0; run it with version: minor to
publish 0.2.0. CHANGELOG.md keeps its 0.2.0 section.
