Reviewed and approved by @rezabekf. Major bump of vitest + @vitest/coverage-v8 (4.1.x → 5.0.1), kept in lockstep. Breaking changes in v5 (loupe→pretty-format output, removed sequential option, locator format) verified not to touch this repo's test config/suite (no snapshots, no .each/.for titles, no locator usage). CI green on Node 22 (meets v5 floor). Review performed by Claude.
