Public CI and release jobs now use standard GitHub-hosted runners. Existing test matrices, source identity checks, required checks and release admission remain in place.
Where the modern dependency policy is used, unrelated human CI completions are skipped before allocating a runner. Scheduled, manual and Dependabot events retain the existing authenticated merge checks.
Validation: actionlint and whitespace checks passed locally; applicable repository workflow contracts passed. Linux/macOS hosted pilots passed in GDAM Actions, and the Godot addon pilot passed in gd-env. This PR runs the repository’s full normal CI.
