Update dependency packages (especially `device_info_plus`)

Please update the dependency packages to more recent versions. In particular, the current device_info_plus dependency is nearly 2 years old and conflicts with other packages that require version 11 or later.

Hello. Flutter dependencies need to be updated regularly, specifically to avoid broken code, such as the one described in this ticket about the device_info_plus version. In my case, I'm experiencing conflicts with package_info_plus.

I recommend updating this plugin regularly, ideally every 3 months, or at most every 6 months. Failure to do so will make this product unusable professionally in Flutter, as it will continually cause compatibility issues.
