oxfmt 0.68 breaks long mapped-type key clauses at the brackets instead of inside the Exclude<> generic, so the two mapped types in StaticArgsFlagsInput reformat. Type-level only, no behavior change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
