Jenkins CI is currently failing on these plugins because Maven 4.0.0-rc-7 is not yet installed on the agents (see INFRA-28445).
Renaming
Jenkinsfile→Jenkinsfile.disableto suppress Jenkins builds temporarily, following the same pattern used in maven-install-plugin.This PR should be merged after INFRA-28445 is resolved and rc-7 is available on Jenkins agents, or alongside a PR that restores the Jenkinsfile.
