[Bug] GPSHRINK tool problem - segment 0 can not be deleted #2085

Description

@vsbace

Apache Cloudberry version

PostgreSQL 14.4 (Apache Cloudberry 2.1.0-incubating build dev) on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (Astra 1.8.1) 12.2.0, 64-bit

What happened

We created a multinode Cloudberry cluster for tests.
We found hardware problems on the first node planning to changed this node.
First node contains some primary segments include 0 segment.
And whenwe trying to use and run gpshring tool to delete first 4 segments from the first node it is cause to the next error:

After that, i was trying to understand more deeply what is happened and possible found a BUG.

Was have created test CBDB 2.1 (Astra 1.8.1) cluster in docker (QC -1 container, QE - 4 containers by 1 prymary and mirror segments per node).
And when i was try to remove 0 segment by one catch the same error.
But i was tryed to remove any other segments it was done without any errors.

What you think should happen instead

Possible we have a problem in chech gparray python LIBs logic.

How to reproduce

  • create Cloudberry cluster with 4-6 primary and mirror segments.
  • try to run gpshrink to delete segment 0 primary and mirror

Operating System

Astra OS 1.8.1 (analog Debian 12)
