CAMEL-24973: docs - Add the 4.22.2 and 4.18.5 upgrade guide notes for URI masking

Description

CAMEL-24973 was fixed on main in #26803 and is backported to camel-4.22.x (#26895) and camel-4.18.x (#26962). The upgrade guides for all release lines live on main, so this adds the matching notes:

• camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_22.adoc, 4.22.2 section: same note as in the 4.23 guide.
• camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_18.adoc, 4.18.5 section: same note without the SensitiveUtils.maskUserInfoCredentials() paragraph, since that method is not on camel-4.18.x.

This should be merged once the two backports are merged.

there was a force-push but it is still or again marked with conflicts to resolve.

I will use same advice than for the latest version but with a subtility. try to insert in the correct chapter level 2 and insert alphabetically instead of at the end of it to limit risk of collision

@apupier thanks, done in 9c034ac. The branch is now rebuilt on current main. Each note sits inside its own level-2 chapter (Upgrading from 4.18.4 to 4.18.5, Upgrading from 4.22.1 to 4.22.2), in alphabetical order as the first camel-core entry, just before camel-core - Rest DSL response Content-Type, instead of at the end where the camel-saga and camel-coap notes kept landing. The text of both notes is unchanged.
