Synchronisation du MDD (technical & model) avec le contenu de la GED.
Bump de la version de pandas à 2.3.3 dans le csv_parser pour compatibilité avec Python 3.14 (sinon pip est obligé de build pandas entièrement plutôt que d'utiliser la wheel ce qui rajoute 4min30 à la génération, cf la step "Install python requirements" dans ce job)
Suppression des classes et ressources associé au message EMSI déprécié.
