Summary

Routine Rust toolchain and dependency refresh.

Toolchain

• rust-toolchain pins 1.99.1, which rustup update stable confirms is the latest stable release (1.99.1 (58cf8f9c3 2026-10-13)). No change required.
• rust-version/MSRV is not declared in any Cargo.toml, so nothing to keep in sync. rust-version did not change.
• No toolchain pins exist in CI workflows, Dockerfiles or scripts (CI installs rustup without a version).

Code changes

dyn_fs 0.0.16 renamed TokioFileSystem to AsyncTokioFileSystem (a breaking rename in the async backend). Updated the three references:

• crates/uhttp/src/file_server/builder.rs — import, default filesystem construction, and doc link.
• crates/uhttp/src/file_server/transpile/typescript/tsconfig.rs — test helper.

Both files are re-exported through crates/uhttp/src/file_server/file_system.rs, so no further changes were needed. No other API changes were required.
