Summary

Routine toolchain/dependency refresh. The Rust toolchain is already at the latest stable release, and no dependency required a version bump in Cargo.toml — the only change is a semver-compatible lockfile update.

Toolchain

  • Old → new: 1.99.1 → 1.99.1 (no change). rust-toolchain already pins the latest stable release (rustup update stable reports 1.99.1, released 2026-10-13).
  • rust-version (MSRV): not set in any Cargo.toml, so nothing to sync.
  • No CI workflow, Dockerfile, or other script pins a Rust version; all workflows install the toolchain via rustup and honor rust-toolchain.

Dependencies

No Cargo.toml version requirements changed. cargo update applied one compatible lockfile bump:

  • tokio 1.53.3 → 1.54.0

cargo outdated and cargo upgrade --dry-run --incompatible report all dependencies at their latest (including breaking) versions.

Code changes

No code changes were required. cargo build --all-targets, cargo xfmt, cargo clippy --all-targets --workspace -- -D warnings, and cargo test all pass.

Dependencies left un-upgraded

None.
