Drop Bittensor Mainnet, Codex Mainnet, and Zerog Testnet — all PRERELEASE in chain-config and availability=PRERELEASE in the dashboard prod config (not PUBLIC/LIVE). Add upstream release links for op-node v1.19.0, nitro-node v3.11.0-rc.2, and zksync-en v29.20.0 (core).
