Context

fetch時点の作業ブランチにdevelop未収録のソースはなく、既存PRもありませんでした。AC-2/3はdevelopでも未充足でした。PM default ruling (override available): 原資料をローカル保存して英日転記を照合し、異なるバージョン・OSの旧計測を別条件の履歴として保持する最小の文書更新を選択しました。

エージェントによる再計測はしていません。スタッフ原資料にないサンプル数・p95・フォーカス条件や、13カテゴリで提案されていた詳細検証を補完しません。Dockerの△、公式HTTP API接続でのunity-cli対象外、Prefabの検証範囲も原本どおりです。Linuxはオーナー判断で対象外、wingetはIssue #537で扱います。
