Adds Docflow (https://github.com/EvolveHQ/docflow) to "Tooling to create and maintain decision files" → "Any template" in
_posts/2024-10-28-adr-tooling.md. Docflow is an MIT-licensed set of agent skills that scaffold an ADR catalogue, plan queue, and AGENTS.md conventions into a repository, and author, audit, and roll up ADRs. It uses its own ADR templates, so it is listed under "Any template".
