The strict HTML build fails because docs/conf.py declares a custom _static directory that does not exist. Remove that unused path so Sphinx uses its theme assets without searching for nonexistent custom assets.
Add ordinary PR/master CI for all seven existing callback tests and wheel/sdist builds on Windows Python 3.8/3.14, plus real strict Sphinx autodoc HTML on the RTD Python 3.11 runtime. Dependency requirements stay unchanged.
Existing red evidence: runs 39530842757, 39530857396 and 39530868038 each fail on that single static-path warning; their six runtime test/import/package jobs all pass.
