Most of what I build works with the network off. No accounts, no telemetry, no paywall. Things that keep working on a train, in a basement, or on a phone with no signal are simply better tools, and building that way forces every decision to be honest about what it actually needs.

Cold Boot · Python Turns a chosen news feed into a narrated, captioned YouTube video overnight, using a local LLM for the script, Kokoro for narration and Whisper for captions. Nothing runs in the cloud and nothing charges monthly. The README is upfront about how long a channel actually takes to earn anything.
Karaoke Queue · JavaScript A local network song request queue built to replace paid per song karaoke systems. Guests queue songs from a tablet, a second screen drives the venue's speakers, and the whole thing runs off one machine with no signup.
