Fork-only qualification candidate on current PHP-8.4 f6852be. CI regenerates VM artifacts, reproduces the unmodified bug on pinned PHP-8.4/PHP-8.5/master, tests patched debug NTS and PHP-8.4 ZTS, runs Zend tests and interpreter/OPcache/JIT checks, and performs a release same-runner alternating A/B foreach benchmark. Do not merge. The harness will be excluded from the clean upstream candidate. Results are pending; no new success is claimed.
