The initial Sheets acceptance checked request mappings and dry-run/refusal behavior. Add a stateful provider fixture behind the actual pinned Sheets SDK and OAuth transporter, driven through Drive's normal command tree with synthetic credentials and refused sockets.

Four tests independently read back updates, verify unchanged neighboring cells/tabs, distinguish raw versus formula-mode requests and null/empty writes, inspect append destinations and selected clearing, and simulate a provider that applies an append before returning 503. The uncertain append is reported without a replay, and a later read sees one inserted row.

Targeted tests pass; typechecking and native Markdown checks pass. No production behavior or dependency pin changes. The fixture deliberately does not claim live Google validation, formula calculation, table detection or formatting fidelity. External compiled-package evidence is being added alongside the existing cli-testing native Sheets report.
