This project now uses the reviewed WireCat baseline from https://github.com/WireCatLabs/community/tree/main/standards for Biome, Markdown, multilingual spelling, and Git hooks. Tool versions are pinned consistently, and an offline check verifies preset hashes and root configuration bindings.
Project-specific lint rules, documentation scopes, and existing CI checks are preserved. The added CI job verifies the managed presets and runs Markdown lint. Runtime dependency declarations and the package version are unchanged.
Standards verification, Biome, Markdown lint, spelling, typecheck, coverage tests, build, and existing documentation checks passed locally.
