Re-review step 6, part 3 (plan, private).

  • Messenger.topics: false also drops --topic from messages send, chats mark-read, polls create and topic: from messages list.
  • New flags, yes when unset: inviteLinkCreate, joinRequestsAll, channelComments.
  • messages delete splits ids on commas too (max did this by editing the built command).

tg sets none of these, so its commands do not change. max then deletes its without() helper, the option filtering and the comma parser.

Checked: lint, typecheck, test (4685 passed), docs:check; new tests in src/cli/messenger/command-capabilities.test.ts.

Messenger.topics: false now also drops --topic from messages send, chats
mark-read and polls create, and topic: from messages list. New flags
inviteLinkCreate, joinRequestsAll and channelComments leave out link
create, requests --all/--link and send --comment-to. messages delete
splits ids on commas too.

A CLI no longer edits shared commands after building them (re-review
step 6, part 3).
