Depends on ViaVersion/ViaVersion#5065 to compile.
When
italicsis set tofalsein an item name and the name has no other formatting, adds a§rcontrol when converting it to the legacy format.This only replaces the method used for item names, so it doesn't affect json->legacy conversion in e.g. scoreboard prefixes
